Welcome to my podcast, I’m so glad you’re here. I started this podcast because I wanted to expand on the stories that inspired my upcoming album, “The Long Way Home”. Throughout this podcast, I will take you on an in depth journey through my life. Each story from Season One will coincide with the tracks on my new album. As we deep-dive into my life, I hope to offer tools that have helped me cope with PTSD, Addiction, Anxiety, and Stress and I hope they’ll help you too.
